Consular fees are received for processing of applications. Thus, the consular fees are non-refundable even the application is not approved or applicant withdraws the application himself/herself. 

Please note that we do not accept payments by cash, credit card, personal cheque or other means except transfer by bank. Therefore, we request to make the payment by only bank transfer. The details of bank account are as follows:
